Naturally, I hope that you are entirely happy with all of our interactions. However, there is always the possibility that things are not as you had hoped, and I don’t ever want something left unresolved.
If you feel that you want to raise a complaint, please in the first instance contact me in writing setting out exactly what has happened, and I will endeavour to resolve your issue to our mutual satisfaction.
